My fiancé and I have been very happy with our time at Lou Park. The location is well maintained and tidy. The pool and workout facility are great to have on location, as well as the lovely walking path. Management and maintenance are very attentive and kind, we have felt very welcome here. :)

This is really a peaceful neighborhood. We stayed here for almost three years and never faced any problem. Location is central, price is good for the space, good insulation, includes gym, pool and elevator. Any maintenance work order is taken care of in a day or two maximum. Annemarie and Amy have been friendly and attentive.
