Beach South has been an amazing place to call home these past 2 years. The apartment itself is simple, nothing flashy but maintaince has always been quick and friendly when problems occur. The best part about this place is it's location. It's quiet and tucked back right by a beautiful lake that you can plop a kayak into right from our garage. The community is quiet and surrounded by nature. I am going to miss Beach South very much and would not be moving out if not for a job relocation.

My husband and I have been here for a year and this has by far been the best rental experience we've had in the last 5 years. Main office is friendly and have always helped answer any questions or quickly deal with any issues we've had. Maintenance requests are fulfilled same day or next day. Clean and quiet buildings, respectful and friendly community, and beautiful grounds close to the lake.
