We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $50 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Willow Pond has been my home for the past 3 years, and overall I've had a great experience living here. No apartment complex is perfect, but I have to say there are MANY positives of living here! A few things that really stand out to me are the excellent customer service and professionalism displayed by both the office and maintenance staff. It is VERY clear that they truly care about the residents that live here, and it brings me great peace of mind to know that I can count on them. Whenever an issue has been brought to their attention, they have always been prompt in their response. Also, throughout the COVID pandemic their policies and procedures have been excellent--with the safety of everyone in mind. A few notes about the property--the balconies are SO spacious! The amenities are all well-kept, and the new package system is excellent. My unit has tons of closet space, and it is such a nice, quiet place to live! Seems like there are always improvements going on, and its great to see the pride that is taken in making this a great place to live. If you are looking to move, SERIOUSLY, give this place a look!! You won't be disappointed! Thank you again to the Willow Pond staff for your excellent service!!!

We had a leak on one of the pipes. We submitted the maintenance request and within an hour the problem was fixed. Excellent, attentive time response. The building is also very calm and quiet. Our experience as of our first month of living here has been amazing!
