I have lived at Sail Cloth Factory for the past 5 years and have absolutely loved my time here. The property manager, Allegra, quickly replies to any email inquiries and is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Any maintenance issues can be easily entered into the online portal and are quickly addressed by Ryan, the building's awesome maintenance guru. The valet staff in the parking garage is super helpful with reserving guest parking, which is fantastic when you have visitors! There are also Luxer One lockers where packages are safely stored until you enter a unique code to retrieve them. The fifth floor lounge offers an alternative to your apartment for getting your work done and the rooftop deck provides a fantastic hangout spot and view of the city. There is even a dog park! I highly recommend the Sail Cloth Factory to anyone looking for a new home in Baltimore!

The Sail Cloth Factory building is a fine place to live. Elevators work. Nice, spacious, well appointed lofts. walking distance (I mean 5 mins to camden yards and about 10 to MT bank stadium) from the stadiums....but the real star of the show is Allegra Berle, the property manager. She will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything is running perfectly in the building. I've asked around about others' experiences with their building managers, because her response time, attention to detail and empathy seem to be exceptional. It turns out that she really is one of a kind. In any building, you will have a risk of occasional problems: pest invasion, equipment malfunction, loud tenants...etc. Because Allegra is here, I know that should any of those problems arise, I have full faith they will be taken care of as soon as humanly possible. She is one of the main selling points for the SCF.
