Once you enter the property you walk directly upstairs to layout. The kitchen is on the right side and smaller bathroom on left side with standing shower only. On the back right side is the bedroom and the back left side is the living room both rooms are fair in size. Tenant pays all utilities (Water/sewer/trash/electric and garbage). One pet considered with pet screening, pet deposit $500, and monthly pet rent of $30 **No central air conditioner at property. Ac units for windows tenant will have to provide. **Parking is available for purchase by city parking authority for yearly fee of $30. You also have the option to purchase parking in lot for $400 per semester.
