I absolutely love living at Mountain Valley and would recommend it to anyone, especially pet owners. I am a very picky person when it comes to choosing a complex and I can honestly say Mountain Valley does not disappoint at all. From free parking for my friends and me (yeah Morgantown people I said PARKING, free parking DOES exist. Crazy right?), dog parks and potty areas for my pup, an awesome rec center with gym and tanning, some of the friendliest staff EVER, to the apartments themselves, this place really does have it all. I have a one bedroom apartment here so I was concerned with not having enough storage space for all my extra stuff. I was amazed when I moved in at how well the layout was made in the floor plan so that there was actually so much space for storage in both my kitchen AND my bedroom. I’ve had no issues with anything besides a flickering light which is super minor and I figured would be examined within a week or so after I reported it. NOPE. First thing Monday morning maintenance was there and finished within 10 minutes. Overall I am extremely happy living here and will be without a doubt renewing my lease for next year because I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else after residing here. Mountain Valley really does set the bar high!

Literally love them. After talking with some of the neighbors I found out it’s more for longer term living (one guy I spoke with had been here for a few years), they don’t blow up my emails or texts. A very clean and quiet place to live <3
