The new management team here is great. They're slowly working through the problems left by the previous owners, but are helpful and warm. I had an issue with my move in and they resolved it next-day. I would recommend stopping in and talking with them if you're in the area looking for places to live.

I am SO grateful for Villages at Curtis Park. A friend of mine lives in this neighborhood and advised me to consider them in my apartment hunt. But they didn’t have a website, the reviews were horrible, and I was looking for a community with a pool and other amenities. But then I visited and stayed with my friend and fell in love with her place and the community. As soon as I returned home, I called the leasing office and Shelly answered, introduced herself as the manager and informed me that the leasing agents were busy, but she would have one of them give me a call back. A few hours later she followed up via email and said the leasing agents were still busy but told me about some places that were available. From there it was a BREEZE and 48 hours later my application was submitted, approved and I mailed the holding deposit and application fee. Shelly made renting an apartment from the east coast, sight unseen, EXTREMELY easy. There is no website, no electronic application, no way to send electronic payments but it is worth the analog process. I’ve been in my new apartment for about 2 weeks, and I LOVE this neighborhood! it’s so walkable, my neighbors are very friendly, and I love the layout of the apartment. Two quick examples of how amazing my neighbors are: I had a bed delivered ahead of my move and when I arrived 4 days later, I found my bed propped up against my neighbor’s stairs with a note that said “Fedex wrong address.” When my food was delivered to the wrong apartment, my neighbor walked my food up to me. Anyway, back to the rental process, Shelly kept me informed throughout the process including letting me know that the office was going to be closing early due to snow so that I would still be able to get the key. Dolores was very patient and helpful in getting my lease signed and I literally hugged Shelly when we finally met in person. Thank you so much Shelly and team for making this transition so easy. I highly recommend this amazing community.
