About Viscount Manor Apartments
Viscount Manor is located in the historic Rockland neighborhood of Victoria, BC, walking distance from all the charm and amenities of the downtown core and inner harbour. Overlooking the lush park at Pioneer Square, Viscount Manor is also a 10-minute walk from the eclectic shops and restaurants of Cook Street Village. Under new ownership since 2011, the building has recently been extensively refurbished, including a stylish new common area, rebuilt balconies, and new landscaping. These changes have refreshed the look of the building without overwhelming the original style of this 1950s gem. Our spacious studios and one- and two-bedroom suites feature refinished vintage oak floors, well-equipped kitchens, and large balconies. The building features on-site laundry, and rent includes heat and hot water. Parking and bike storage are also available. For a limited time, we are offering free storage for one year, when you sign a 12-month lease.* Please ask our Resident Manager for more information. In-person and video tours are available.
