Neighborhood: If you’re a Long Beach native, you’ll be used to it. The area itself isn’t too bad, but the building is next to an alley and across from one of those really cheap motels. Lots of drug addicts in and out of there daily. Not a week goes by without drama out front, and not a day goes by without meth heads posting up outside. Short walk to bars and groceries though. Amenities: none. Building: units have been renovated a bit, but it’s rather easy to tell it was done cheaply by people who had little to no experience. The new maintenance guy is great, the old one left a gaping hole in my wall. There is sometimes a really bad smell coming from the entry way and water heater. The building has an issue with American cockroaches. Pest control can’t really do much about it as they seem to have several nests in the walls. They often get trapped and die in light fixtures, toilets, and bath tubs. Management: property is managed by Fusion Property management. It can be very hard to get a hold of the manager for certain issues as she does not live onsite. I can’t speak for all residents but it almost seems as though I’ve been avoided. Have had several issues with not having my calls or texts returned or acknowledged.
