Village Millcraft Apartments is a community of 18 classic low-rise rental buildings running down two low-traffic, residence-only roads. The property is accentuated with gorgeous large trees and beautifully maintained gardens. At Village Millcraft Apartments, you will experience a private park-like setting that combines the quiet and clean comfort of community life with the convenience and amenities of living in the heart of Ottawa. Village Millcraft is 271 one and two bedroom apartments: all of our spacious suites feature either an eat-in kitchen or a kitchenette with ceramic tile flooring, living spaces complemented by warm hardwood floors, and all newly renovated windows and balconies. All our buildings offer on-site laundry facilities, security key or intercom access only and pet friendly units. In addition to the apartments described above, we also offer our full renovated "refined" one and two bedrooms suites for condo-style living, without any of the hassles associated with owning a condo. These refined suites boast wall mounted electric fireplaces, microwaves, and brand new, energy-efficient ovens and refrigerators. The walls sport newly installed crown moulding, and an accent wall in the master bedroom. The kitchens and bathrooms have new ceramic tile floors, cabinetry, counter tops and fixtures. In the bathroom you will find a new spa like soaker tub, new ceramic wall and floor tiles, cabinetry and fixtures. You will also value the upgraded blinds in all windows, modern lighting and en-suite storage. With professional management and a 24 hour emergency service, Village Millcraft apartments are well maintained, and our residents' concerns are always addressed quickly.
