I lived here for 2 and a half years. This apartment is the best of lots of options. Quiet, the apartments are well insulated, no issues with sound bleeding. Occasionally kids can be loud, but that's part of apartments. Grounds are clean and well maintained, maintenance team is prompt, professional and kind. Management team, especially Tamara, are amazingly understanding, flexible, and good at communicating. Price is a little high, but worth it given the benefits. Overall, a great place to live.
