I moved to Berkshire 15 in September 2020 and this is by far the best apartment living experience I’ve had. The office staff are responsive, attentive and kind. Maintenance is friendly, quick to respond and helpful. The concierge (especially Cynthia and Aziz) are wonderful; I always enjoy seeing them and chatting! In addition to the lovely staff, it’s very clean and dog friendly (equipped with treats in the lobby)!

I've been living here about 9 months and have very much enjoyed it so far! Building is beautiful with very nice amenities -- and great staff! From the building management (Gerry, Hillary, and Jeremy) and the concierge service used for after hours front desk management (Cynthia is always so lovely), it's been a very pleasant experience -- during an otherwise difficult time in general (for everyone)!
