I love living in Woodberry. I have been here over two years and I love calling this community home. Brad and Anna in the office are amazing, I have friendly neighbors, and maintenance is first rate. Convenient to downtown, plenty of parking so I never have to hunt for a space, and I never have issues with other tenants; everyone is so nice. 5 stars!!!!

My husband and I have been residents of Woodberry Apartments for 8 years now, and we have been extremely happy here! After coming from a place where we were broken in to and did not feel safe, this was the complete opposite experience. One night we were tired after a trip and left our luggage out by our car and then were amazed to find it where we left it the next afternoon! We have met so many nice and friendly neighbors. The office staff are very helpful and sweet, and we have been able to form a good friendship with them. The maintenace staff are excellent and prompt. We love the pool and access to downtown. It also is one of the more affordable places to rent in Asheville. Only good things to say about this place!
