***I rarely leave reviews, but if you are considering living here, I highly recommend El'an City Lofts, please see my full review below, I just moved in myself!! If you hate moving and want to find somewhere you can call home, look no further that El'an City Lofts!! I was currently living in downtown San Diego and wanted to move to somewhere quieter in a cool and nice neighborhood. I saw an ad posted posted by a gentlemen by the name of Cody who was the assistant regional manager of a property that he was assisting by the name of El'an. I spoke with Cody several times about El'an, it's features and location and finally decided to tour the building and neighborhood. This is by far one of the nicest neighborhoods you will probably ever get the opportunity to live in without paying too much for rent. I noticed when I toured the apartment that they are very well maintained, luxury finishes and very spacious. After touring the neighborhood and discussing some important things I look for when finding a home, El'an City Lofts had everything I wanted. I applied and within minutes was approved and decided that El'an City Lofts is a place that I can now call home. I would like to personally thank in this review a few individuals. Cody, you have gone about and beyond to help me throughout the entire process of moving in, answering any questions within minutes of me sending them to you and really showing how passionate and caring you are about your residence. Your professionalism and world-class service is truly extraordinary and I am forever thankful for your assistance throughout my move-in process. You made the application process very simple and understanding and even followed-up with me when I was officially moved in to make sure I did not need anything else along with providing me with the emergency maintenance number. Thank you again Cody for all of your time, you will never understand the difference you have made by giving me the opportunity to call El'an City Lofts my new home. If the owners of El'an City Lofts is to ever read this review, please know that Cody is an outstanding representation of El'an and I could not have asked for a better person to work with and help me. Your world-class service is appreciated Cody. Additionally, I had a few questions for the maintenance team and El'an and their maintenance team reached out to me immediately even though it was not an emergency. I was surprised by their response time and Freddie one of their maintenance guys even personally came to my apartment at 9pm one day to show me how something works since I was clearly doing it incorrectly. His customer service was amazing and I was surprised of how nice Freddie was and the fact that he informed me if I have any other questions to call back and he would be happy to come back for anything else was outstanding. Thank you El'an for having an incredible maintenance team, especially Freddie. Freddie, you are a wonderful person and I appreciate all that you do. Something very important to many individuals when finding a new home is the management company. Today, I reached out to them and had a few questions and got the opportunity to speak with Mary Kathryn. First off, this management team is by far one of the nicest and most helpful management teams that I have ever dealt with when renting a place. Mary went over all of my questions, scheduled a personal follow-up to ensure I did not need anything else and really surprised me by how nice and helpful they are. Thank you Mary for representing El'an in so many ways, your assistance today meant the world to me and is truly appreciated!! Thank you for being there for being there for your residence! If your looking for a safe and convenient home with an amazing management and maintenance team, this is the place to live!! Living at El'an City Lofts, I immediately noticed the wonderful neighborhood that consist of breathtaking views of the ocean, skyline views of downtown San Diego and beautiful sunsets, then I would highly recommend living at El'an City Lofts.
