Location is ideal, for me. We are close to everything. The office staff is cheerful, friendly and always goes above and beyond to address inquiries that I have. The maintenance team is pleasant, prompt and attentive. I have not had a single negative interaction with either the office or maintenance staff. The grounds are kept clean (I see Brian, one of our maintenance guys, every morning driving around in his cart and cleaning up any debris) and are well maintained. If I had a single complaint, it would be parking. Sometimes I have to park pretty far from my entrance. It doesn’t bother me enough to take away a star though. I would recommend Willows of Coventry to anyone.

My daughter's and I are new to the state of Indiana and the Fort Wayne area. Willows of Coventry is a wonderful place to live. The office staff are all wonderful, warm and welcoming. They are extremely kind and courteous and so helpful. They all worked hard to help us and we have a beautiful home here. The maintenance staff are all equally as AWESOME. The area and property is just amazing. The neighbors everyone we have encountered are all kind and friendly. Its pet friendly here so we have made many furry new neighbors. The pond is gorgeous, right outside the front door. Wow! What a view to wake up to every day. So much wild life to see and enjoy. Family friendly atmosphere, quiet and just an all around great place to live. Very convenient to all shopping needs and many, many restaurants to eat out from as well as other amenities. We are so grateful that we found Willows of Coventry and we plan to be here for as long as they will have us. 😁😊🙏🏼🤙🏼💜💚 Oh and let's not forget the Gym with 24hr a day access, two swimming pools and play ground for the kids. Lots of walking areas. With all of this what more could you need!?😃😉🙂 We love it here.❤
