No evictions MARKET RENT Credit score at 600 or higher (negotiable with a 500) Proof of monthly net income (take home) at 3x monthly rent One year of verifiable rental history Must be able to make online rent payments through our software $30 application fee for all adults over 18, (fee will not be processed until you agree to rent the unit) IF you are selected as our resident.
