We lived here for 2 years now and it is the BEST place we have lived in the JC/Hoboken area. The management staff in the building are absolutely excellent; they are always here to help - Valentin our key building manager has been wonderful; from hosting fun community events to always helping with any requests!! The maintenance are fantastic- onsite and quick to fix any appliance. The building is always clean and its a really nice community. Highly recommend!

Since we moved into the building, the maintenance staff (Manny and his team) has been very helpful and quick to respond in trying to fix all issues. They continue to serve promptly to all requests and needs. Thank you for making our stay comfortable here!
