I lived here for an year and I loved this place. The community is great good and management is helpful. All maintenance request are looked sooner as requested. The pool is clean and opens in summer days. The apartment is secure and clean. My apartment faced the pet park so I enjoyed great scenery all seasons. The apartment has walking distance groceries and shopping stores so car isn't much required unless you want to go Baltimore. The Hunt Valley town center organizes some events too. Great place! Nice Memories! Edit: After vacating the apartment in clean conditions, we were asked to pay to replace fridge door and the electric stove top ~$1200 - $1500 (they said it was new and scratch-less before we moved in) which was pointless. Avalon expects you to live in a new apartment and use no appliance as they need everything back in new conditions. Pathetic! If you plan to live here expect to pay nonsense charges in the end when you vacate (I did read similar comments from other people's review, I wish I did took it seriously).

I needed some repairs in my apartment and Dominick took care of every detail in my request and left my place looking the same as I left it (but with the repairs completed perfectly). Excellent, courteous, and professional maintenance and management staff at this building. Thank you!!
