nice complex but there are requirements around having rugs and they wanted an additional $500 for a short term lease of 6 months but if you decided 4 months later to convert to a 12 month lease they would not credit the additional payment towards the 12 month lease even thoughyou would be doing an extension. Contacted caroline keelty casey,the owner, and she did not return my call or email. The onsite leasing agent could not explain why there was no logic to their policy.
