Canandaigua Garden Apartments is a beautiful place to live and convenient to everything. The residents here help each other, pay rent on time, and are nice. The apartments are under renovations as they become available and those who have come to take a look are very impressed at the quality for the price! The Management listens to requests and resolves any issues that may arise in a calm and friendly manner. On a side note: I have noticed that the people who gave Canandaigua Garden Apartments a one star rating were married tenants who are upset because they alienated their neighbors, destroyed property, and were told that their lease would not be renewed. So in retaliation she wrote a bunch of lies to ruin the reputation of the complex and gave the apartments the lowest rating possible and had her husband rate it a one star as well. I feel bad for their new landlords! The irony is that they have given EVERY place they have lived in a one star rating! Shame on them! Her post has been flagged for removal.

Canandaigua Garden Apartments is a nice, quiet place to live and the people are nice as well. The apartments are older, but everything is kept in working order. Almost all tenants renew their leases here each year, so by and large everybody is happy here, and apartments are being regularly renovated. The office hours are regular and posted, and the office management team is pleasant to deal with. The rent includes heat, hot water, parking, storage and trash removal, so it's a solid value for a rented apartment in Canandaigua.
