I’ve been a resident here going on 6 years and while there have been 1 or 2 hiccups, overall my experience has been fantastic. Not really sure what some others are referring to, because the office staff has never been anything other than calm and accommodating, and Angela in particular has always been a pleasure to work with. Frank and Guy, who take care of maintenance, are awesome and any issues I’ve had (not many, it’s true) have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Sure, there have been some rare issues with neighbors here and there, but they are just that (rare) and certainly aren’t the company’s fault. If anyone was to ask me whether the Hammocks at Canandaigua is a good place to live, I could only answer with a very confident “yes.”

We have lived here for 4 months and absolutely love it here. Shawna, Angela and Frank are awesome. The community is safe, secure, friendly and beautiful. Our apartment is great and we are definitely home. We highly recommend the Hammocks to any and everyone. We have been residents of various complexes in the Canandaigua area, and this community surpasses all the others by far. You will not be disappointed if you decide to be our neighbor.
