Living smack dab in the tri-county area, you'll have easy access to the Florida Turnpike, I-95, the Saw grass Expressway, I-75 and the I-595. Come visit us today!

Just moved in to this complex. After coming to Florida three months ago in the search for an apartment, and after looking at numerous places we knew as soon as we drove in this would be our new home. Starting with the upkeep of the grounds and the cleanliness especially right after a hurricane. It was the only place we had seen that was completely clean of the debris from the hurricane. Once we entered the office we had the pleasure of dealing with Nancy. Nancy is such a pleasure to deal with I felt like I had known her for years she made us feel so welcoming and comfortable. She is a sweetheart. We have now been in this complex since December and have had nothing but a great experience. Pedro and the guys from maintenance are very nice and helpful and there as soon as you need something. The neighbors all seem friendly and it’s a very quiet area close to shopping and more. This place has truly helped made our transition into Florida a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

From start to move in, all the ladies in the front office were accommodating. My boyfriend and I walked into Water's Edge and it was the 2nd place we went to view. We first met with Lilliana and her personality was the first impressionable thing we liked. She has a bubbly, welcoming nature. She made mention that no units were available, but by the time we viewed and were leaving, she was set on making sure we'd have a chance at getting an opening. After leaving, Blair called us immediately and she added to the welcoming vibes so well! Each time I called, she was so kind to answer all of our questions. She asked us to come in to view another unit, after which is when we met with Nancy. We didn't know that Nancy could make us feel even more welcome. She greeted us with a wonderful smile. All 3 being Christian women made us feel right at home. Blair was even excited to call us to confirm a unit had been found for us - she even gave us our first chauffeured ride on the trolley! All 3 women are such a light and we appreciate them for being so kind, receptive and friendly. We're thankful for a peaceful place to now call, our home.
