No one cares about what the place looks like. The people living here don’t pick up their trash, dog poop, and the walls are so thin you can here others conversations. When i moved in the apartment wasn’t even cleaned, it was so dirty and i had to clean it. The stove didn’t work and the toilets didn’t flush. The locks on door didn’t work and they went thru maintenance personnel all the time.

The apartments had black mold covering the walls in all rooms accept the kitchen and two bathrooms, the shelving in the closets fell out of the master bedroom and 1st bedroom , maintenance was never around or we were told do do the repairs , clean the mold. When we had to resign our lease for month to month they charge you extra Our fridge broke but it took 1 yr to replace the other appliances were old and rusted Very disappointed we had live like that And pay over $770 a month
