Ended up buying a home instead of renting. That said, the management here were kind, showed me around, and answered all of my questions. I would have considered renting here if I did not buy a home.

This place is terrible. They keep your deposit and lie about why they are keeping it. They say their reason is in the contract but then when you point out what it actually says they change their story. So if you ever leave don’t expect your deposit back. I understand keeping some of you have to clean it but the only reason you shouldn’t get any back would be if it was trashed and clearly it wasn’t!
