It's a beautiful apartment complex. The plants are all grown and give it a truly Garden of Eden appearance.

I moved in a week and a half ago. Upon arrival, I came to realize my unit was infested with cockroaches. Management sent an exterminator out, but as everyone knows, cockroaches don’t just go away. Several other tenants living here confirmed that they have seen roaches in their units as well. Management told me it takes 2 weeks for a colony to be killed off, and that the photos I have sent to them does not justify an infestation. I’m attaching the photos to this review so whoever is reading this can decide for themselves. All I’m asking is to be released from the lease due to uninhabitable conditions, but F&F cares more about money than providing a safe living environment to their tenants. The way management treats you when you’re a prospective tenant vs. once you sign the lease is astonishing. They don’t care about your health and well-being, even when there is a cockroach infestation going on. Don’t rent from these people. *Cue the generic, corporate response from management saying they’re doing their part and whatever other stuff they try to say to avoid taking accountability*
