I love this place! The first time I came to look at the place, I took a tour. After the tour I stopped one of the residents and asked their opinion. They loved it and highly recommended it. I stayed here for a year and a half and if I could have picked it up and moved it with me, I would have! The neighbors are as social as you want to be. No one forces themselves on you, but are open and willing to have conversations about the moon with you in the parking lot. I had a two bedroom two bath to myself (same price as a one bed one bath in other places). The living room is really spacious. I had a full size couch, love seat, coffee table, tv, wicker chair, two plants and still had plenty of room to move around. I had a huge closet in my bedroom that I could hang my clothes and store my trunks in. Bedrooms are a nice size. The bugs are minimal meaning if I found one it was already dead and months apart. The only real issue I had was leaking in my bathroom when it rained. The office staff (I’ll talk more about later) were very involved in getting the issue fixed and keeping me up to date. My building (building 8) got a brand new roof and the leak disappeared. I ❤️ Rachel! She was very professional and friendly. We had some really awesome conversations. One of the best apartment managers, I have ever met! The rest of the office staff was just as friendly and competent. I never had an issue with payment records like I had at a previous apartment experience. They were very welcome to questions, comments, concerns, and inquiries. Communication is very open! I never made it to the community events because of my job, but they put out a newsletter every month and had building contests and had hug a building months where they did little things for the residents like picking up the trash for you to updates like fresh paint or power washing. Maintenance is great. They were always very timely. My cat (Bumper) trapped himself in the bathroom and they came same day to help me get the door open......both times! I could go on and on about this apartment community. Long story short: I felt safe, comfortable and welcome and it is affordable. You will not regret living here, just leaving! Miss you Huntington Place! Thanks for the great experience!

Huntington Place is an oasis and tucked away from the city of Columbia. It is conveniently located near I-77, Fort Jackson, and nearby retail stores. There are sidewalks throughout the apartment complex to walk my dog and a dog park located in the center. I felt safe and the staff was responsive to any maintenance issues. I was sad to leave Huntington Place because it was the perfect space for me and my dog, location, and amenities.

Our family has called Huntington Place home for the last three years and we have nothing but praise for this community. The staff and maintenance team is outstanding. The property is well maintained and we have wonderful neighbors. This community is an absolute hidden jewel in South East Columbia. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

My boyfriend, sister, and I have been at Huntington for a few months now and I can tell you out of all the places I've lived at in Columbia, this has been the best. The apartments are VERY spacious, more so than pictures can portray. Walls are insulated well, neighbors are diverse and kind, and the staff here is amazing. When we first came here Rachel was very professional and honest and not just trying to get us to sign for numbers or anything but genuinely wanted us to choose to be here and she is still awesome. There's new staff but they are great also! I love how conveniently located the complex is and it's very quiet around here which I appreciate.

I love this place! It is the best complex in this price range in Columbia. Super clean! The maintenance is on point! The pool is always open and clean. The apartments are not brand new, but they are large and very clean! Tons of storage too. The location is very convenient to shopping and interstate 77. Walking distance to the VA and medical school. I was sad to leave so soon. The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt right at home. I am sure you will too. Make sure to try a chocolate chip cookie in the leasing office!

I have lived at Huntington Place for 3 years. I've had a wonderful experience living here! Apartments are spacious, well kept and reasonably priced. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, the maintenance crew showed up quickly and fixed any problem I had! Office staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my time here. I hate to leave due to personal reasons, but I will be sure to recommend Huntington Place to anyone looking for an affordable, beautiful apartment complex in the Columbia area! Thanks for a great 3 years!
I was living there for around 3 years. It was a good experience since it was very nice and safe place. Staff in management office were very kind, responsible and helpful. They reply back to your message, email or call in less than hour. The maintenance services was one of the best. They really care about you and your request and solve the issue as fast as possible. The other good thing about Huntington, you can email them to make the print and copy for you.
Also it is located in zone of good school for Richland one.
All in all it's a very good choice to stay if you want to rent in that area(29209).
We moved in last year and we like this place. Though it is a little far from the main campus, the maintenance is extraordinary efficent which makes the living here comfortable and saves our time. The leasing office employees are the most nice ones we have met in the U.S.
