My mother and I have lived in these apartments for at least 5 years and have seen property managers come and go. Carissa and Dylon have been a breath of fresh air over the past couple months. We were considering moving before they came and began to turn things around. Their communication is top notch. They have listened to all of our concerns, rallied the tenants together to make the community better, and taken many steps already to make the property safer and more beautiful. We're excited to continue living here to see what they're going to improve next.
