I lived in the Daniel for one year and found the building was safe and clean. The accomodations of my unit were nicely appointed and I loved the rustic feel provided by the brick walls and open rafter ceilings. I appreciated that the staff accomodated me everytime they could for any special request and the maintenance staff was very helpful for odds and ends that come up that need some support. The only negative is the parking, but I knew that when I moved in so no concern for the Daniel.
