Five stars with no hesitation! I lived in these apartments for a year, and never had any problems. Once or twice there was a very minor maintenance issue, as any place would have, and they were taken care of very quickly, and the maintenance guy is friendly. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. They often planned parties for the whole complex that involved free food, drinks, and movies. If you are looking for apartments in Memphis, I strongly recommend these!

I have lived here for 2 years now, and wanted to write a review before I move to let others know of my experience. First, from the initial moment I walked in their office to see if I even wanted to move there, I was greeted by each and every single person there. I felt like family already! I feel like attention to detail is a strong point with the Villas staff. I have always joked that they seem to play “match maker” because my apartment was conveniently located close to other families with children around the age of my own. My little ones and I have made amazing friends here. I have only had to call the office a handful of times with maintenance concerns. The response is so quick and the maintenance staff is at my apartment addressing my concerns sometimes even the same day. Incredible! Amanda, the office manager, is not above addressing any concerns and more often than not has her office door open for us to even just poke our heads in to say hello quickly as we go about our day. Jonathan, the assistant manager, is just as friendly and quick to hop out from behind his desk to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mackenzie, Prie & Kerstin are hardly ever seen without huge smiles on their faces and call me by my first name like we’ve known each other forever. I love how personable they are, and have never lived in an apartment where they do this. The resident events are extraordinary! Sushi classes, holiday parties, paint nights, movies by the pool, this place is full of amazing opportunities to mingle with neighbors. I love how pet friendly this neighborhood is. Dog parks, grooming station, and treats in the office specifically for my fur babies are just a few of the pet perks. There are so many things I could sit here and write about. I wish I didn’t have to move, but my career is the only reason I am leaving. I feel so safe here. I know my children can play outside with others and I don’t have to worry about it. The grounds are always so well kept. If you move here, you will feel like you’re on vacation with all of the amenities. Thank you!
