I have lived here for about three months now and I have to say I really like it. Maintenance is super fast to fix things and management has been very nice. I really like the entire complex and the rooms themselves are really nice and its a great bonus that this place is less than two years old.
I just moved here, and I could not be happier about my experience so far. Definitely better than the last apartment that I lived at. I feel like I’m living a life of luxury!!
My wife and I have been a tenant here for 5 years, and have seen this place change ownership. All 5 of those years have been nothing short of stellar! The gym and pool amenities are often well maintained, or if any issues arise, readily dealt with. Their responsiveness for any issues we had with the apartment is very prompt and timely, and they have always been more than accommodating. Their clubhouse area next to the leasing office is absolutely beautiful, and we have hosted many occasions here, each time with guests absolutely loving the look and vibe of the area.

Been here for 3 months and it's been the best apartment I've ever had. It's a new complex and it sure feels like it. The pool/patio area is a big plus. Staff has always been helpful when I have even the smallest questions. There's lots of dogs around and I don't see many droppings, though it happens sometimes.
Update in 2023 after 4 years of living here: Management has always been responsive and communicative with me even through the change of management. Rent did go up a bit after the management changed, but it was still competitive with other similar units in the area. Maintenance was really fast for the small issues I had over the years (smoke detector beeping, disposal not spinning, etc.). Everything is pretty clean since the complex was built within the last 10 years. Bugs can be an issue in Texas in the summer and I don't see too many which is nice.
The only real complaint I have is with the parking. I have a $50/month garage spot, but once or twice a month people would just steal it. The office checks the license plate to see if its a resident that they can call or not, but that's not an immediate fix. I would just have to find an outside spot when that happened. Also worth noting that you are not able to move your spot to one closer to your apartment after you choose an initial one. That just feels like a weird stipulation.

Nice apartments, feel safe, good location. Adequate parking. Sufficient gym, sufficient pool.
I would recommend people live here.
Lived here for three years now, in two buildings on site, in two different size apartments.
I've lived at Aura One90 for years now, and there's a very good reason I continue to do so. The apartment layouts are gorgeous to say the least. The apartment complex is fairly new and very well maintained. The amenities here were a big selling point when I first decided to live here, and I'm glad I continue to enjoy them and more. The staff is amazing and has made always made sure to promptly address anything that needs attention. Their hospitality instantly makes you feel welcome. I love that I call this place home, and very gladly plan on doing so for the foreseeable future.
Application process made easy by the wonderful management staff. The grounds are nice with many amenities. Appartment had everything one needs, appliances are upgraded. W/d is in the unit. Leasing office is available to answer questions and resolve any problems. Grounds are kept clean. Gated community. Easy access to stores and entertainment. Management here really works, they don’t disappear after you have signed the lease and moved in. I believe that makes a huge difference for tenant.

I wanted to update my initial review. Prior to finding this place I have seen reviews of other apartment companies where initial review was good, but upon moving in things change. If this is helpful to those that are looking for a place, all my earlier comments are still in effect. Especially big thank you to Zain, she is wonderful.
I am from the SF Bay area. I kept hearing that everything is bigger and better in Texas. After moved to this Apartment, I can say that everything is faster in Texas, or maybe only in this apartment or only when Elizabeth helps.
I had trouble with the faucet in the bathroom, so I reported it to the office. Same day, after I came back home in the evening, the maintenance had already fixed it. It is unimaginable!
