I had to come and do a review to acknowledge Avery, for his excellent services. During my tour of the complex, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and showed me multiple apartments. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. We have had an overall good experience living at Cortland Mallard Creek. The maintenance staff is kind and have taken care of us quickly when any problems arise. I generally feel safe and appreciate the communication provided by the Cortland staff. I enjoy the community I am part of, the Zumba classes provided, and access to an on-site gym.
