Arbor Crossing is a fantastic place to live. The apartment is very new, with everything clean and well-organized. I must say, it’s one of the best apartments in Madison—modern, simple, and located in a great neighborhood. The location is excellent, right next to University Avenue, giving you easy access to bus routes A, C, F, R, and the 80, all within a five-minute walk. The people living here are polite, and you’ll feel cozy in this environment. My experience at Arbor Crossing has been very comfortable; it truly feels like home. I also want to express my appreciation for Tiffany’s help throughout the year. She has been incredibly kind and always willing to assist with anything I needed. I will miss her and her lovely dog, Honey.

We lived at Arbor Crossing Apartments for three years and had a wonderful experience. Tiffany, the office manager was fantastic and always available to help, as well as welcoming visits from the four footed and tiny human residents! Anytime there was a maintenance issue, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s in a great, walkable location near restaurants, grocery stores, bike paths, public transit and UW hospital. Highly recommend Arbor Crossing Apartments to anyone looking for a great apartment in Madison.
