When I moved in, it was during a change in ownership and management. The new management and staff were very professional and responsive. I never had a problem the entire time I was a tenant. When I moved out due to a work transfer, the final charges were modest, reasonable and fair. For the Pooler area it’s definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a new apartment.

I love our new and improved community, and everything it has to offer! We are pet friendly and have two pools, two gyms, a car wash station, playground area and a community laundry facility. We have a full maintenance staff and they complete most work orders within 24-48 hours. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to work orders, leasing processes, &' etc. I would definitely recommend The Preserve at Godley Station to friends, family and YOU!!
