City Lofts is located beside The Shops at High Street , where you can catch a movie at Movie Tavern, grab a bite to eat at Five Guys, Subway, Firehouse Subs or Plaza Azteca, and do a little shopping. We are just down the road from the New Town Entertainment Complex, where shopping and dining become an experience instead of a chore. If you have an interest in history, you could not be in a better place. You will be a short walk from historic Colonial Williamsburg. Not enough history for you? Don’t forget about Historic Yorktown, where you can walk the battlefields. Our neighboring cities also have a rich historic history that can fill your weekend. City Lofts is also closely located to our two local theme parks, Water Country USA and Busch Gardens Williamsburg. And let’s not forget The Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park, for some extra fun during cold weather!

Me and my roommate are college students, and this apartment is the perfect housing for us! Tracy and Brittany are lovely and have also made us feel very important as tenants. We have had some maintenance issues, but they were always solved quickly. There's plenty of parking as well. Overall, our experience has been great.

I rented here for a year and have nothing but good things to say. Management was AMAZING. Tracy was so friendly and welcoming from day 1. She was helpful with any questions i ever had and was also always in a cheerful mood. maintenance was just as amazing. Aaron would be there the same day or day after i submitted a request to fix it. He was very thorough and respectful while working too, I trusted him to work in my apartment while i was away and working with no issues, ever. this complex is truly unique in all the best ways. The staff made it feel like home. The common areas have been recently updated with newer washers and dryers that alert you when a cycle is done, let’s you see what machines are open and which are taken, vending machines, tanning bed, gym, and common lounge areas with huge TVs. They also have a trash service that comes almost every night to pick your trash up from your door! These may not be the newest and biggest apartments out there but the staff and maintenance can’t be beat. they truly care about their residents. i also never had bugs or even seen a bug in my apartment the whole entire year i lived there so maybe the people that say they had bugs were dirty 😅. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for their first apartment/ stepping stone though!

I live here and I’m a Google guide, and I believe I have a duty to honestly review this place. I moved to Williamsburg, with very little to my name, and I desperately needed a place last minute, and there was only two or three options available and this was one of them. I read the reviews and I noticed that there were several negative ones from a few years back but people rarely look at date of review and instead when they see a tag like “lying” it’s really really not good for a business. So I looked past that and went in to meet with the Property Manager and take a look at a room. Long story short, I live here, but that’s not enough proof because who knows your circumstances? So from a pragmatic logical perspective this is why I love this place and chose to live here. New Management: Tracy that is the new PM is new to the area and to managing this property, she is from VB, and brings all of that big city PM experience here. She is kind, loyal to her tenants, works hard with all of us to find solutions to any problems, billing or otherwise, and is all around a wonderful person. Her boss Amber is also excellent and you can easily request a meeting with her to find a solution to something Tracy can’t handle. Maintenance: Need bleach for your laundry last minute? Has your water gone out? Need help jumping your car? If you have any concerns like this then you will be living in the right place. Aarron the maintenance guy is also newly hired and is fantastic. He is quick to handle maintenance requests, works with Tracy to find solutions to problems and he is easy to find during business hours if something randomly comes up. Amenities: You can’t beat all the amenities here. Gym, laundry controlled by smartphone, reading area, large table area for larger guest parties, lounge area, study area, small gaming area, pool, and coffee in the lobby. Price: This is a good deal for all utility prices included in the Williamsburg area. The Wi-Fi does lag, so you may need to buy your own, but I have my own company so I found I needed it regardless. Cons: You cannot open a window to the outside and neighbors can sometimes be disgusting but that’s not the Property’s fault. In summary, if you’re looking for a great place to live, look no further and schedule a viewing with Tracy today! Mention me and my review so they can expand on anything I brought up!
