I love these apartments. They are beautiful and the price is great for what you get. All the appliances work great and all our requests have been taken care of as soon as possible. The maintenance man is constantly working to keep the property clean and taken care of! I’m really impressed with him and his work ethic. These are probably the best apartments in the Fargo/Moorhead area for the price and the beauty. Will 100% recommend to anybody looking for a new place to call home.

My wife and I have loved our time in these apartments. The big draw is the lofted design, and the HUGE exterior windows. And both are well worth the "issues" the building has. Yes, the exposed brick and original windows make the heating bill jump. But that's worth the price when you get to watch the sun rise from the same windows. The building creaks with the wind, and yeah, you can hear the rain fall on the roof (I consider that a plus). And yes, most of the windows don't open, but these are the original windows. So I don't think retrofitting anything is really a possibility or cost-effective. However, all the tenants are friendly, Amy is an awesome resource and cares about the building and her tenants. Rent is fairly priced, and the building is quiet enough I've never really had any complaints about our neighbors, especially compared to other apartments. Sure some "new-build's" would be quieter, but you pay the price for that. These aren't "luxury" apartments by any means, but they're unique and frankly quite different from any other apartment in the area. If you want to experience a lofted apartment, these are a phenomenal option, in a phenomenal location.
