I've been meaning to leave a review but have just been very busy. I had a tour appointment at 4pm last week but I showed up late and I got there at 5, right when they close but Ms. Cristina was so understanding and she insisted that I still see the apartment I wanted. She showed me the 2 bedroom with a den and I expressed interest in a 1 bedroom apartment for a friend so she also showed me that one. This has by far been the best customer service I have received from an apartment complex! She was so kind and patient and allowed me to take pictures a videos of the apartments! Afterwards, she even took time to give me all pricing information and application details and requirements! I really appreciated it. I'm still looking around before my final decision but Barclay Square is definitely a top contender because of the excellent customer service! Thank you Ms. Cristina for your kindness

I resided at Barclay Beltsville location from June 2023-24 and had a largely positive experience. I would have renewed my lease but didn’t want to continue residency with a roommate. The property itself is well-maintained, the maintenance team is responsive, the apartments are spacious with plenty of storage options, and the management team, especially Cristina and Erika, are friendly and professional, always ensuring that communication is clear and any concerns are addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live in the area.
