I have lived at 500 Park for close to 1.5 years now, and I have had an amazing experience. The maintenance staff has always been very responsive whenever I have a request. The property staff are also great advocates for the tenants. Colleen in particular has been a pleasure to work with! Beyond the people, the facilities are also very well maintained. The apartment interiors look very modern, and I have have never had an issue with noisy neighbors. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a first apartment in the city.

New building, great location, friendly staff — I have enjoyed living at 500 Park New and comfortable units, great location in Mount Vernon, and awesome very helpful people at the leasing office. I have not encountered one single serious problem during my one-year stay. Maintenance orders are taken care of very quickly and effectively.
