I've been a resident of the Bowen for almost 10 months now, and I'm still impressed. The staff here are very responsive, communicate effectively, and any maintenance requests etc are handled both electronically and completed very quickly. Every neighbor I've met thus far has been cordial and the community itself is quiet for the most part. It really does have a luxury feel to it every time I enter the building and my apartment. The amenities are great, the pool, the library, computer rooms, meeting rooms, great room w/ piano, theatre room all are definitely pluses in my book. I would recommend that anyone interested stop by and check it out, ask lots of questions, look around and ask current residents. You won't be disappointed.

I was referred by an old neighbor who appeared to be much happier at Harmony Place. Upon my first visit, Jasmine was extremely, professional, polite and warm. As a potential resident, she kept me updated on my apartment choices. The property manager, Tika, also assisted me by providing me with outstanding options. I then decided to move in in October 2015. The maintenance staff are also exceptional and timely. I have interacted with other staff members: Gabrielle, Monica and Mike are also extremely helpful and always pleasant. I love my apartment, the amenities and the great view from my patio. Valet trash service is such an amazing idea and I am so glad that I do not have to constantly walk to the dumpster to take out the trash. I also like that fact that there are numerous activities that goes on within the community for residents; I have attended several. The only downsides are parking for guests (but I have never had a problem getting a pass) and at times neighbors may be a little noisy but once aware, they are more than willing to cooperate.
