Great complex, beautiful views, reasonable rent. Safe with security cameras, gate keys and locks on the apartment AND bedroom doors. A 3 minute walk to the lake and 10 minute walk from the heart of downtown. Neighbors are quiet respectful and friendly. Manager is responsive and caring. Overall, a great place to live!
