Great place to live!:) .We lived here for 7 years, and enjoyed the wonderful homey community living in this complex. There's a community garden, a little sitting park, basketball courts, a kiddie playground, pool, sauna, gym, and nice community barbeque. Safe, pretty, and pleasant area of Rincon Valley neighborhood in Santa Rosa CA. Kaleena the Manager, is wonderful! đź‘‹She is conscientious and assures the property is well maintained. Anytime there was a broken appliance or any other issues, she assured it was addressed immediately. The maintenance and repairs provided by Josh was great đź‘Ť Just a great, clean, pleasant place to live. If you're looking for a new place to call home, this is it!

I am living here for 4 years. Place is peaceful. Management and maintenance team are amazing. There is a community garden that I enjoy a lot. Nice place to live. I recommend it!
