Great place to live!:) .We lived here for 7 years, and enjoyed the wonderful homey community living in this complex. There's a community garden, a little sitting park, basketball courts, a kiddie playground, pool, sauna, gym, and nice community barbeque. Safe, pretty, and pleasant area of Rincon Valley neighborhood in Santa Rosa CA. Kaleena the Manager, is wonderful! 👋She is conscientious and assures the property is well maintained. Anytime there was a broken appliance or any other issues, she assured it was addressed immediately. The maintenance and repairs provided by Josh was great 👍 Just a great, clean, pleasant place to live. If you're looking for a new place to call home, this is it!

I am living here for 4 years. Place is peaceful. Management and maintenance team are amazing. There is a community garden that I enjoy a lot. Nice place to live. I recommend it!
