I was brand new to Houston and looking for an upper scale apartment to live in. I heard about Hanover rice village from a coworker and decided to go check it out. I was met by a young game t named Jason Gunther. He was incredibly informative and taught me about the apartments as well as new stuff to do in Houston! This place was great and I’d recommend checking it out

Fantastic property in one of the best neighborhoods in Houston. Clean units and beautiful floor plans. Our leasing consultant Jason Gunther was great, answering all of our questions while being very mindful of all of our unique requests, from pricing, floor plans, color accents, square footage, and more. We had rented short term twice and decided to rent full time at Hanover Rice Village last December. Living as a senior in this area is fantastic as Rice Village such a walkable small little town. We have family in West U and have found several other grandparents living here to be close to their families as well. There is a diverse group of families and young professionals living here with mutual respect for each other.
The management and maintenance team here has been fantastic since we first rented, but since the arrival of Samantha de Vries as the building manager, things are even better. Samantha has a professional yet thoughtful demeanor and is never too busy to listen to any concern or help in any way. Even questions that are not urgent get handled immediately. We are so fortunate to have Samantha and to have chosen this as our home.

Lived her for almost three years now. Can't say enough good things about the staff here from Samantha, Karla, Linda, Iqra, and Jason. They always keep us informed so that we have a great experience here on a daily basis. The maintenance staff is awesome. Any problems or issues you have, and they are on it quickly and efficiently. The building's quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and you can't beat the food options surrounding the building. The pool area is always clean and again, the staff is just always there to help you with whatever you need. You can't beat this place. Best complex in the city.

WOW! I love this place! The property has so much character, every resident I speak to loves it, and the leasing staff and maintenance people who help are always beyond friendly! Also, a huge shoutout to Ms. Gomez in Leasing! She is so kind, charismatic, knowledgeable, and really emphasized all of the beauties and nuances of the property when I was touring. On top of knowing and connecting with literally every resident we came across, she answered all of my questions easily and really went above and beyond my expectations!
If you are considering a new residence, please keep this property in mind! The location is convenient, pretty, and everything you need is within walking distance!
