This was my son's first Apartment after graduation, his lease is coming up next month so he already had plans to move to Longview with his girlfriend and still planning and already has security deposit paid for next Apartment, good thing because this complex is called Shadywood Apartment because the name says it all and they were charging my son this month $1325 for water after a year being there and under his understanding the water was included all this time so now for them to send a charge like this is SHADY because he was never told different and I feel they try to hit you with this is so maybe you can't leave and renew lease. I have documents of the water that damaged his room after it busted in Apartment bathroom so they just better let this go, just to think I was telling my son to leave the Apartment in better shape than he got because it is only proper.
