Management is very professional. She is very nice and honest. She had a one bedroom for us to look at. She went into detail about the property. I have started paperwork to begin the application process to move in. I really like the property.

Karina and management in general has went above and beyond for my daughter and I. They were super quick in efficient from the start of the application process all the way through getting me moved in. I have never felt more understood and respected from a place. I can’t recommend gatehouse enough. Clean, safe apartments that are well within the budget of a single mama. Kudos to this place for making a fresh start possible!
