We have absolutely loved living at The Heights for the last over 2 years. I can’t say enough positive things. Our family is really sad to move and we would absolutely stay at The Heights longer if it was closer to our jobs. Everyone has been so amazing to us, but we wanted to give a shoutout to Steve and Marlene for always going above and beyond. We will miss The Heights so much!

We haven't been here long, but so far, we love it here! Ms. Marleen has been beyond supportive, understanding and kind throughout the entire leasing process, and continues providing assistance to accommodate all of our needs. The community is quiet overall, with great amenities. Parking is plentiful, at least on our side of the community. We had some minor maintenance issues, perhaps due to the fact that previous tenants never bothered to address them, but the resident portal system is user-friendly and the maintenance requests have been addressed appropriately. We do hear our upstairs neighbor(s) walk around their unit, but I know that apartments are rarely 100% soundproof, so it is what it is. We try to be mindful of our own noise levels, and that's the best we can do for each other, no? Anyway, we are grateful to call The Heights our new home!
