I have to say that the property manager (Randy) and maintenance worker (Edwin) at Stony Creek Apartments are amazing! Excellent customer service! They take the time to listen and resolve any issues that are brought to their attention. They are friendly and helpful! I feel safe and well taken care of. This by far is the best place to rent from in Sonoma County!

For the first year I would have given 3 stars. The on-site maintenance personal (Edwin) was great. Unfortunately he left and there was no new on-site person for my last several months. Requested repairs took me several online requests, emails with the landlady, and a month to complete. The first manager was disorganized but responsive. The new manager is challenging to reach, unaware of what was happening, and difficult to get a response from. Additionally, when the power goes out, the electric garage openers do not work and their is no other access point. Despite being aware of this the management has made no changes to the situation. The fire alarms go off on the outside of the building frequently and without Edwin will sometimes ring for over an hour. The other residents are friendly and easy to live with.
