It is one of the largest studio apartments in the building, with western and southern exposures. The apartment has a large separate dining area. The galley kitchen features a large gas range. There is a separate and large dressing room, which has an electric outlet. Electric has been updated throughout the apartment. You will find storage space in a large closet in the main room. The entry foyer has built-in bookshelves. This apartment is on the seventh floor, and accessible by either elevator or stairs. There is a large and well-kept laundry room in the building's basement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. Free permit parking is available first-come, first-served for residents. Please note: There is more demand than free permit parking available. You're welcome to park at metered spaces at no charge between 7 PM and 8 AM Monday through Saturday, and all day at no charge on Sundays. You may not need a car to live here. The location is in the Central West End/Midtown neighborhood, right in the middle of St. Louis. Two supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as numerous restaurants, pharmacies, and coffee houses. Walk to St. Louis University, City Foundry, IKEA, Grand Center, Cortex and the heart of the Central West End. Public transit is easily available, with direct connection to Metrolink, the city's regional rail service. If you do not have your own renters' insurance, there is a charge of $10.50 per month for Tenant Liability Insurance.
