Electric has been updated throughout the apartment, with new light fixtures and a ceiling fan in the main room. The apartment has a separate dining area and large galley kitchen. The apartment has a large dressing room, which has an electric outlet, so could be used as a small office. There is a large and well-kept laundry room in the building's basement. Free permit parking is available for residents, first-come, first-served. Please note that there is more demand than free permit parking spaces available. If there is not a free permit space, you're welcome to park at any of the abundant metered parking nearby. Meters are free from 7 PM to 8 AM Monday through Saturday, and free all day on Sundays. You may not need a car to live here! The location is in the Central West End/Midtown neighborhood, right in the middle of St. Louis. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. Public transit is easily available, with direct access to Metrolink. Cortex , IKEA, City Foundry, two pharmacies, coffee houses, restaurants, movie theaters and much more are within easy walking or biking distance. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. Please note that there is an additional $10.50-per-month charge for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental and unintentional damage to the property, but not to your personal possessions.
