Heat and air conditioning are provided seasonally, and all utilities are included except internet. If you have a car, free permit parking is available first-come, first-served. Please note that there is not enough free parking for everyone who has a car. If you can’t find a free space, there is abundant metered parking nearby. Meters are free after 7 PM and before 8 AM Monday through Saturday and all day on Sunday. A well-maintained laundry room is available in the building's basement for residents. Free permit parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A Neighborhood That Has It All With so much within walking distance, a car is truly optional here. You'll find two supermarkets, two pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, and movie theaters all nearby. City Foundry, Cortex, and IKEA are just a short walk away, and Metrolink puts the rest of St. Louis at your fingertips. This is also a bicycle-friendly building — feel free to wheel your bike right up to your apartment on the elevator. A Few Things to Know - Utilities included: Heat, A/C, gas, electric, and water. Internet is not included. - Tenant Liability Insurance: If you do not have your own renter's insurance, a monthly fee of $10.50 is required.
