My boyfriend and I recently moved from Atlanta to Tallahassee and have lived our apartment for almost 8 months. We have been blessed with great neighbors, beautiful apartment and a fabulous staff at Phoenix South. They are super tentative to our needs, respond quickly if there are any issues and are always so friendly. They have so many options of living arrangements to fit whatever you need, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When I moved in a year and a half ago the management company was great and immediately resolved any issues I had. A few months ago a new management company took over and there have been nothing but issues. Garbage builds up outside of the dumpster and takes weeks to be taken care of, grass is never mowed before it's about a foot tall, the laundry room is ALWAYS a mess, and most importantly my apartment is infested with roaches which I never had this problem before they took over and my cleanliness has remained constant. I have never been so ready to move out of a place in my life. Edit: Shortly after this post the property manager contacted me and moved me to a new apartment to resolve the issue with bugs. Although the previously remarked items cannot be changed as they already happened, it was nice to see that they worked with me and helped resolve the main concern I had.
