Been here 6 months now. Honestly, I am a hardcore critic of complexes. I think my biggest complaint is the lack of street parking and children running around outside, however, this isn't even that bad. People/Friends usually find parking after a bit and the kids aren't too crazy, most annoying Saturday afternoons. The place is a little far from DTLA or West Hollywood, but again, you pay a little less for more space. I don't know, some people are critics, the area isn't bad, I don't know what people are complaining for.

Office and maintenance staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. They have a 24 hour responsive emergency on-call; regular requests are treated with the same importance. Loved the amenities! We always got the “this is like a resort!” from friends and relatives. The place is very quiet and clean all the time. The apartments are very spacious with upgraded kitchen, huge closets.
