Our pet policy is as follows: Limit two pets (60 lb. weight limit) allowed with: $35/month fee for 1 dog $50/month fee for 2 dogs No monthly fee for cat(s) ***Note*** Parking is street parking only. Utilities (water, sewer, trash) are extra. Average of $75-85/month - 2 occupants It is preferred that the lease start within 10 days of application, approval, and deposit.
