The community offers a variety of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Vintage and renovated apartments are available and each newly renovated apartment features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, cozy bedrooms, and city views. We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District or federal government.
